Your company wants to publish informations for customers and/or employees. In addition a customer forum should be available for feedback. For this purpose you create user groups for management and employees. Certain pages are accessible by management only. Other pages can be read/write by employess. Then there are further pages for customers and interested people.

We recommend this configuration:

• 25 or 125 or 525 users (for more contact us)

• 125 MBytes storage for web pages (sufficient for more than 2500 pages)

• 525 MBytes storage for attachments (for product sheets, pictures, documents, etc.)

• 10 e-mail accounts

• own domain

Usually 10 e-mail accounts are sufficient (e.g. for contact, info, administration, support, service, etc.). All e-mail accounts are managed by web browsers and can be accessed from every internet access point. Or you can forward them to other e-mail addresses.

Our domain service includes registration and administration your own domain of any TLD type (e.g. '.org', '.com' or '.de').

This configuration can be extended to your needs at any time.

For your page layout Canities offers five different templates:

This templates can customized by you or Canities. Changes will be made to a CSS file.

All data will be subject to a daily backup.
