For constructing a few web pages for personal purposes (like a homepage) we recommend a minimal configuration with

• 5 users

• 5 MBytes storage for web pages (sufficient for more than 100 pages)

• 2 e-mail accounts

You can use one e-mail account for public contact, for example. E-mail account administration goes by web interface and can be accessed from every internet access point. You can forward it to an existing address, too. The second e-mail account could be used for private purposes.

If you want to publish pictures and/or documents you should take 5 MBytes storage for attachments.

Another optional feature is our domain service. We register and administrate your own domain of any TLD type (e.g. '.org', '.com' or '.de').

Later on the this configuration can be extended to your needs.

For your page layout Canities offers five different templates:

• classic

• modern

• rightsidebar

• leftsidebar

• threecol (available soon)

This templates can customized by you or Canities. Changes will be made to a CSS file.

All data will be subject to a daily backup.
